As a store owner, you agree to:

  • Use ShopOnZap only for lawful business activities.

  • Be responsible for the content, pricing, and legality of the products or services you list.

  • Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan laws and regulations regarding online selling and payment processing.

5. Subion and Fees

  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

  • Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Payments & Transactions

  • ShopOnZap provides integration with third-party payment gateways.

  • We are not responsible for any delays, failures, or disputes arising from third-party payment providers.

  • All financial transactions are the sole responsibility of the seller and the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, software, and branding of ShopOnZap remain the intellectual property of ShopOnZap.

  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without written permission.

8. Data & Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and protect user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By using ShopOnZap, you agree that we may collect and process certain information necessary to provide our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • ShopOnZap is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our platform.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

  • Store owners are fully responsible for their sales, customer service, and delivery obligations.

10. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms and Conditions.

  • Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities.

  • Fail to pay subion fees.

11. Modifications to Terms

ShopOnZap reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
